Keep it simple - When selecting a wardrobe for your boudoir photos try to stick to some of the classics, such as bodysuits, garter sets, men’s shirts, thigh highs, etc. These items never go out of style and have a very timeless feel to them.
Keep jewelry minimal - You can certainly go with bold statement pieces with jewelry to showcase your style, but if timeless is your goal I would suggest something simple like diamonds, and pearls.
Realistic editing - This tip is at the discretion of the photographer, but if you are looking at boudoir photographers and you want a timeless look go for a photographer that edits in a way that resembles real life, nothing too moody or bright or dark.
Keep makeup simple - Does simple seem like a theme? Ha ha ha. When thinking of what kind of makeup you’ll want for your session think of classic looks and nothing that is too trendy or over the top.
